Latitude E6430
Recently purchased a refurbished Dell. It was Christmas present for my wife. She said she can't get her documents to open in Word. I was told to look for Apache open office on the c drive. So, hopefully that fixes it. Also, comes up sometimes with gray screen with nothing on it. Just sits there.

I bought a Latitude E5430 as a Christmas present to myself, yes refurbished. First thing I did was to clean install Windows 10. Start with a clean slate and then if any problems arise it is easier to pinpoint the cause. As for the screen problem, try updating to the newest video drivers.
