• Go to Start, enter Sound, and select Sound Control Panel from the list of results.
• On the Playback tab, right-click (or tap and hold) the Default Device and select Properties.
• On the Enhancements tab, select the Disable all enhancements check box or Enable and try to play your audio device.
• If that doesn't work, select Cancel and, on the Playback tab, select another default device (if you have one). Select the Disable all enhancements/Enable check box, and try to play audio again. Do this for each default device.

When I go on the headphones properties, there's no enhancement tab there too. When I  switched to the "high definition audio device" driver, the enhancement tab reappeared, but the headset's microphone and the Dell audio program wouldn't work. My headset use a single audio jack. I had both the enhancement tab and maxxaudio enhancement working before.

Just want to write that this issue hasn't been resolved.
