The issue I am running into is the 4th monitor in my setup does not want to display anything, even though everything is connected properly, all items are brand new. More or less wondering if this is setup is possible with the equipment I have, or if I need special items.
Here is the setup I currently have going:

and 1 Dell Thunderbolt WD19TBS dock.
I have 2 display port cables, 1 HDMI cable, and 1 Mini Display port to Display port cable. I could only have 3 of the monitors display when plugged into the dock, if I unplugged the HDMI cable from the dock and plugged it into the laptop, it would display. But the laptop would need to be closed and not be used as a display. Just wondering if this setup is even possible to achieve, any insight would be appreciated.
@jahart The HDMI output and the USB-C output directly next to it cannot be used simultaneously for video output, regardless of which types of cables you use on each output. However, the downstream TB3 port CAN be used simultaneously with other outputs, and it can work with a USB-C to DP cable. So yes, give that setup a try.
@jahart The GPU integrated into Core 11th Gen CPUs only support four total displays, so if you want to run four external displays, the laptop lid would have to be closed or the built-in display would at least have to be set to “Disconnect this display”. Additionally, on the WD19TBS, the HDMI output and the USB-C output next to it cannot be used simultaneously. The WD19TBS also doesn’t have a Mini-DisplayPort output, so if you’re already using the two DisplayPort outputs with your two DP cables, I’m not sure what you’re doing with a Mini-DP to DP cable. Unless maybe you have a USB-C to DP cable?
Anyhow, given that you’re only running 1080p displays and have Thunderbolt available, quad 1080p wouldn’t be an issue from a bandwidth standpoint. You should be able to achieve that if you use the two DP outputs, then either the HDMI output or the USB-C output next to it, and then finally the downstream TB3 port at the edge of the dock near where the system cable attaches. A USB-C to DP cable can be used there. I don’t have the equipment to actually verify this, but based on my understanding of the dock and the overall technologies involved, that setup should work, again as long as the built-in display is disabled.
Yes, sorry, I meant a USB-C to DP cable. So, you are saying that even with this cable, I cannot simultaneously use the HDMI and USB-C output? So I have to use the TB3 output for the USB-C cable? I did not attempt this, but I can.
