unbundle driver pack

I have a D630 with original OS discs (still sealed) with 2 driver discs. I need to re-install some drivers, but the discs can't be read. I'm guessing they need to be unbundled/unzipped. Can I do this without an OS re-install?

Unfortunately some of the drivers I need are ethernet and network drivers so I can't scan/download directly on-line. Dial-up works, but that is hideously slow for downloads!

Usually the driver disks had a setup file that you click to start the install process. But out of curiosity, are you running or considering reinstalling Windows XP? That OS is ripe for hacking and security shortcomings. I would strongly suggest not using that system for doing anything on the Internet.
