For anyone else wondering about this, I found the answer;
Inspiron 530N
PCI: 2 Slots
PCIe x1: 1 Slot
PCIe x16 (Graphics): 1 Slot
There is however only a 300 Watt PSU, so if you are planning to upgrade the video, as I am, you may want to consider a new PSU along with whatever video card you plan to put on there. Especially if your planning to run dual head DVI or an SLI.
