Hi
I am owning a XPS 13 9333 with ubuntu 14.04.1 installed. Is there a way to turn off or dim the system LED in front?

I second this, when using the system in dark rooms that LED as WAY too bright and it's dead center in your face. Either needs significant dimming or a switching system. My next step is going to be open the computer up and disconnect / break the LED.
