I have the 2015 edition of the XPS13. I'm running Kubuntu 16.10.

Recently the computer sometimes enters a state where it stays completely frozen unless I move the mouse.

For example, I'm currently typing in this box and I don't see anything appear. When I move the mouse the next suddenly shows up.

If I were to leave the computer for a few minutes, the clock would not change. When I come back and move the mouse, the clock quickly jumps to the current time.

Is this a known problem? Any advice on what I can do to further debug this or resolve this. I'm comfortable with a command line.
