Mine is doing the exact same thing. I have trouble shooted this for 2 weeks. Dell Diagnostics is fine even when this issue is occurring. Mostly does it on cold reboot when it's been off for an hour or more. I have completely restored the laptop with Windows 7 & 8 and it does it as soon as the pc comes on "before" going into windows. I updated the bios to the latest 2 days ago, and still the same. I restore with no vide drivers installed yet and it did it as soon as I turned it on. I removed the memory and tried new ram. Took out the mSata, same thing. Removed my Hard Drive and same issue. I am out of options, it must be hardware. I have the Alienware 18 with SLI 765m. Can someone please help. I guess I need Dell to call me or come out under my next day service. I have done everything software and hardware wise. When it happens, it occurs immediately on power on, and the boot screen before windows loads has the issue all the way into windows. Only a power off and back on a few times corrects it, but it seems to be increasing in frequency. Please help...
