I ordered an Alienware Alpha (base model) recently, and I called Customer Support since it appeared that my order would not arrive by the expected delivery date. After being bounced from Dell Customer Support to Order Modifications and then back to Customer Support, the rep (accidentally?) disconnected me. Order Modifications did tell me that there was some manufacturing problem and that I had to get my order reinstated.

Can anyone help? Thanks!
