my problem is that the keyboard works fine on the internet or internet games such as starcraft and world of warcraft. Both of which was installed via a disc. I tried to install command and conquer generals which installed fine but when it came to a point where I had to type in the product key the keyboard would not respond..No matter what key I pressed ,nothing showed up onscreen. I tried 3 times and nothing.the curseror or flashing bar just stays in the same spot and I hear a slight bell coming from the speakers when I try to type. Please help..I tried moving the usb to all the diff. ports on the back of the x51 gamer but still no fix. I have the alienware MM keyboard not the lighted upscale one.
