Hi,

I just purchased an Alienware 17 a week ago.  It's running Win 10. I start up the computer, it connects nicely to wifi, yet within a few minutes, it reboots the modem.  My son, who received his new Alienware just yesterday, connected, and the exact same thing happened.  

I notice a post from another Alienware/Rogers user who is having the same issue.  Is there a solution to this?

I would appreciate any feedback, suggestions.  I have contacted Rogers, but they have no idea what the issue is.  They've replaced the modem and still happens.
