When I go to restore my PC it says I have to place in the media disk as I have some files missing so I place the windows 8 disk in and another one I was given with the computer but with both a message comes up saying it can't be verified/it's the wrong one. I really need assistance as I don't know what to do from this point as when I am playing on my PC I get constant crashes I feel I need to wipe it.
