Battery issue Alienware 15
Have an Alienware 15, i7 model with the GTX 970.
Since a few months it starting having problems charging the battery, now it boots with an error message that the battery needs replacing.
It does however run, solely on DC input. However, running a game (using the GTX970) makes it shut down. Looks like it can not supply the power fast enough?
Anyway, seems the battery needs replacing, does anybody know where i can get these batteries and which model number it is? It does seem strange that it died after not even 2 years.

Hi,
First try updating the BIOS to the latest in our website. Just enter the service tag, go to drivers and downloads and select the OS (Windows version) accordingly. Then, go to the BIOS tab and install the latest version.
If the issue persist, send me a private message with the service tag so I can give you a part number for the battery.
