Decided to reinstall Win7 on my Aurora, all was fine till i figured i woudl just install command center from the resource disc and upgrade versions from within the app itself. Well instantly i noticed somethign was wrong when one of my fans was running above normal non-stop and my lights were not working, then realized CC wasnt working.

After doing some research i realized i apparently screwed myself by using the supplied drivers disc.

Anyhow, ive gone through everythign ive found, including reinstalling win7 3 times, installing drivers in order,powering down and holding power button to drain mio, plugging and unplugging some things,and using the Green jumper reset a couple times, and nothing works.

The orange light is still on which gave me some hope, but my system keeps having an unknown device. alienwarealienfxtester.exe cant find my board, and in

f12 diagnostics i see nowhere to test board and always get device initialization error code 5d00:0009 blah blah reattach unit on root hub 1 so im assuming that has something to do with the board, unless im missing something

Anyone else go through this much and have success or should i give up and possibly purchase another board.after so many hours of searching and reading posts, just hoping i missed something somewhere.
