Help: Can't format Alienware X51
Hi,
I want to format my alienware X51, the recovery drive is empty. Am I suppose to get the discs from Dell? If so where?
Reason for formatting is because as I am playing a first person game, my computer tends to randomly make a beeping sound until I let go of the key, but then if I press another key it beeps again. So basically the whole computer freezes up, and each time I press a key the game moves one frame. I have contacted support before an upgraded my bios but the problem still persists.

Hi, i am not able to install alienrespawn on x51 an error message saying my machine does not support alienware respawn after i click 'install'

Exactly where is that? I now have 2 Alienware computers M17X-R2 & Aurura R4.

As soon as I start installing AlienRespawn it says "Alienrespawn cannot be installed because your hard drive does not have the WIndows Recovery Environment"

Ok. You will need to go ahead and order the OS DVD. Use the "Request Backup Disks" form for each system. http://dell.to/iVtWE

Hi Chris,
Is there a Canada version of that link? Because it only ships to the US
