HI,

I managed to soak my alienware x17, tried removing the battery, drying out & loading but to no avail, i just get a blank screen & 4 beeps repeating when i turn it on, its been a week now. Trying to get hold of technical support but i live in Japan & the email inquiry wont accept my acc number on the us or uk sites & technical support in the us say my machine isnt registered with them so they cant help. It cant be this hard surely? do dell care at all about their customers??

any advice please.....
