Hello,

I'd previously had success getting command center to install on my new motherboard thanks to the hard work of Cass-Olé. However, my Windows suddenly needed a format, and I assume that since the hardware and even the Windows disk was the same as I had originally used, all I needed to do was unplug the cable from the USB header while installing Windows then plug it back in after everything was installed.

Well, this time I'm getting an error message while trying to install Command Center, it says "This installation package is not compatible with this platform". Which is really strange to me, as everything is the same from last time. I'm even using the exact same Command Center installation file I used last time.

I've also tried the latest version of CC on the Dell website, but i get the same error. MIO seems to be communicating with my motherboard, as my fans and vents flare up on startup and shut down as usual, but I can't turn on the lighting without CC installed. There's also no unknown devices in device manager. I had thought maybe I had my USB cables mixed it (it's happened before!) but I've tried both "USB3" and "USB1" (USB1 is the correct one isn't it?)

Any clues what the fix for this is guys?
