HI,
I don't see this in the available downloads for my Alien Aurora R4. In the applications section of the Drivers and Downloads, it lists only Dell Update and Dell Digital delivery. None of the other downloads are for the Alienware software.

To clarify, are you saying that the installation executable (setup.exe) needs to be in Compatibility mode or the installed executable (C:\Program Files\Alienware\Command Center\CommandCenter.exe)?

The "installation executable (setup.exe)" needs to be run/installed in compatibility mode.

Download/Save the approved Aurora-R4 Windows 7/8.1 Command Center to your Windows desktop. Right click the saved file, click the Compatibility tab, choose Compatibility mode, then run it.
