bootable problem
I have a dell dimension e521 pc and I can't get in because I put a password in it to keep you from getting pass the boot screen , problem is I forgot the passwords and now I'm locked out . Can anyone help?

Thank for answering my question now my next question is how to obtain a format erase link, or install disk

OS password requires format erase reinstall.
Bios password cannot be bypassed.
