Hi,

My Dimension 521 wouldn't boot into normal mode the other day,   could get into safe mode however.  Lots of vertica red and blue lines plus some horizontal moving red lines.  Tried clean wipe but keep getting error message that says Windows cannot finish installing in safe mode.  But I can't get into normal mode.  suggestions?
