The ONLY BIOS available for this "old" PC is HERE.  If you upgraded to a non supported CPU there is no Dell BIOS or support for that.

The latest BIOS listed has a 2007 date.  As the entire Dimension line, including your 9200, have been disconnected several years ago there will never be any additonal driver or BIOS updates.  I have a Dimension E510 that is the same age and it too will never be updated.

The instructions for flashing the BIOS are listed on the Dell download listing.  Follow them EXACTLY as a failed/corrupted BIOS and the ONLY option is to replace the motherboard.  As this model has a Dell proprietary and undocumented front panel connection only another 9200 motherboard will fit and work.

The maximum Core 2 Duo processor, supported by the dimension 9200, is the E6700 and maximum Core 2 Quad supported is a Q6700.

I've just done a bios flash on my Del 9200, using the driver and instructions downloaded from Dell.  You need to be sure your power supply won't be interrupted during the procedure though - I turned off all the appliances in the kitchen end of the house, which are on the same circuit as the computer, and which tend to trip the electrical circuit breakers if they're all going at once. 

The flash was remarkably quick though, so the window of vulnerability is pretty small.
