above 1600 mhz speed will it support or not in given picture detail will it support or not?

The speed should be between 1333MHz and 1600MHz and only then it will support.

Yes, since the system supports 1600 MHz and is compatible you can go ahead and purchase one.

Hi Aitzaz38,
The Dell Optplex 9010 supports a maximum of 32GB of memory with speeds of both DDR 1333MHz and 1600MHz.
If the memory type and speed is of DDR 1333MHz and 1600MHz Non ECC then it should support all brands.
