Dell Support Center detects Offline Internet Connection
Hi,
The Dell Support Center version 2.0.07282 detects that my internet connection is offline but it is working.
1) Start the Dell Support Center
2) Click on Drivers & Download The others functions are working properly.
Does anyone has the same issue?

Thanks for the link, but in my case I have no PC-Cillin installed. It was working properly until I installed the BIOS update A03 for XPS 420 but I don't think this is related.Spaceritual

I am also getting this problem and all I am using is a trial version of McAfee at the moment , I did sort of wonder is it because I am a UK customer or that I haven't yet set up my ISP on this machine? ( I am going to internet directly via wireless )

you have to have some type of ISP or you wouldn't get to the internet at all.Have you tried to connect wired with out the card. Just to see if your system will connect to your ISP.

I meant I did not install my IPS`s software just letting the router handle things . but now I have installed it and no more is Dell thinking I am offline so problem solved it seems :)
