I have a new XPS 420 quad core with 640GB, 3GB ram, NVidia 8800GT with vista home premium.

 

I have had it running for about a week and somehow the dell support center shortcut on the desktop (and even clicking on the dsc exe file) comes up with the error message as follows:

 

Failed on loading skin name "dellskin". The file "shell.css" is required in your "sscommon/skins/dellskin/css/" directory.  It suggests that the skin name be checked in the config file (?) or reinstall.

 

Can you assist please?
