i cannot get any to install i have tried all i know any ideas besides throwing it out the front door

rjah i have done all that had to use daughters pc to downlaod them to removable device when i try to downlaiod them into mine it will not take them i have even installed a new ethernet card in tyhe slot will not even recognize it i know cables are good because i have them on my daughters pc and using it fine i cannot connect to internet for nothing so i can try and do them directly do you suppose i need to reinstall operating system never had a single issue with this machine love it just baffeled right now thought sure new ethernet card would do it but did not

If this has the original Windows 7 on it then its probably Malware and or Physical Damage done by installing another NIC.

Chipset Drivers must be installed BEFORE NIC Drivers. 32 Bit vs 64 Bit also matters.

it does have original windows 7 think it says home premier and i assure you nooo physical damage is done installing in spare slot

What is the exact description of the hardware that has this code 28 on it in Device Manager? What are the names of the driver files you downloaded and attempted to install on this Inspiron 570?

just got bk from pc store motherboard fried he says and just gonna order a new dell ty all so much for trying to help
