error message 28 network
i keep getting this error messaage and cannot connect to internet says drivers not found for it i have tried to download new drivers will not allow me too any ideas have even uninstalled the thing and restarted even went bought new ethernet card and it wil not recognize it even

Putting in a new card is not going to help.

i cannot get any to install i have tried all i know any ideas besides throwing it out the front door

rjah i have done all that had to use daughters pc to downlaod them to removable device when i try to downlaiod them into mine it will not take them i have even installed a new ethernet card in tyhe slot will not even recognize it i know cables are good because i have them on my daughters pc and using it fine i cannot connect to internet for nothing so i can try and do them directly do you suppose i need to reinstall operating system never had a single issue with this machine love it just baffeled right now thought sure new ethernet card would do it but did not

it does have original windows 7 think it says home premier and i assure you nooo physical damage is done installing in spare slot

just got bk from pc store motherboard fried he says and just gonna order a new dell ty all so much for trying to help

I suggest you to check if the network cable is connected properly to the LAN port and install the latest drivers for it. You can download the latest drivers from the following link by punching in the Service Tag and by clicking on "Drivers & Downloads" tab:
