Ghost Boot on Dell 9200 Issues
I am really getting frustrated. I support a couple friends who have new Dell 9200 systems. In both cases they did NOT purchase Data Safe. They just have one HD, one system has a floppy drive and the other does not.
On the system with the floppy drive I have installed Ghost and am able to create a ghost image on a USB removable drive and also was able to boot the Ghost CD and use F6 during the boot to load the ICHxR drivers so the Ghost software could run and it seems that I could restore the image is needed.
The issue is on the 9200 without the floppy, since Dell ships these systems in a Raid mode even with one drive, how can I get the ghost boot to work since there is no floppy drive from which to load the drivers?
Anyone with a fix or suggestion - I would appreciate it.
