Ok, if you're using Internet Explorer, do this:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click Tools
3. Click Internet Options
In the window that comes up, at the top should be a homepage setting, which says an address, such as http://home.microsoft.com , then below it buttons for 'Use Current' 'Use Default ' 'Use Blank'
Either type in the address you want and click OK
Or go to the address you want, then click 'Use Current' then OK
If you're using Netscape, then this was a waste of time.. Ha.
