the card is a soundmax inegrated audio. it won't start and says code 10

    Do not make a new post, respond on the original thread.  Obviously you have not read any of the forum rules.

     

    Exactly what have you done?  Your original post is not real clear on what you've done.

    i have no clue. I moved it into another room. it worked for a bit then it stopped. i followed the steps that it said to do on the help file, but it won't start and has a [code 10] by it

    I have absolutely no idea what you have done.  But, check the BIOS (setup) that you enter with F2 at bootup and make sure the Integrated Audio is still enabled in the BIOS. 

     

    Then download (if you don't have them) the Intel chipset drivers and the Analog Devices Integrated Audio (if you have the Integrated (on the motherboard) audio from HERE
