Precision M60 - bluetooth stack problems

I am suffering a problem with my bluetooth stack - each time I start up a pop-up window comes up explaining 'unable to start bluetooth stack'.

I believe there to be a problem with Office 2003 - since installing it, applications hang unless I turn off the 'Send to bluetooth' functionality via the plugin management capability.

Does anyone know of any workarounds other than installing a different bluetooth stack?

    I too have had this problem, nor have i recieved a reply.  Please post the solution if you find it.  Thanx

    I have not found a resolution but my firewire port was not working as well. I managed to get Dell to give me an exchange system with Windows XP + service pack 1a and I have not seen any similar problems. I also installed the Windows 2003 office service pack.

    If the problem resurfaces, I will let you know.
