Help!

got a blue screen that said "windows was shut down to prevent damage to your computer.  Problem was caused by following file: nv4_disp.  Device driver got stuck in an infinte loop."

 

Also found a error message that said error code:

0F00:136C                          

IDE device failed: Blank media or no media is present in optical drive.  

 

I assume this is problems with videocard?  Have a  NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200. 

Runnig in safe mode now because monitor shuts off when trying to start windows.

 

System is Dimension 8300

 running xp home edition

pentium 4 3.0 ghz
