Random Blue Screen Errors

Hi All

I have a problem that I have been getting since I got my new Dell about 3 weeks ago and have had problems since the beginning.  2 days after I received it I had to have a new HD as the one that was in it was completly knackered.  Ever since the start of having the machine, I have been having blue screens which I originally thought would be ok once I had installed the new drive and rebuilt the HD.  It didn't.  The blue screens are never the same.  I always get a different error code, although, when I submit the report to microsoft it always tells me its a device driver problem.  I have looked for latest versions of all the drivers and I have Direct x 9.0a installed as well as SP1 and all relevant updates for XP.

Does anyone have any more ideas?

You have 30 days, from the date it was shipped to either get a refund or another PC.  With problems from the start, I'd say call customer support and request a return.  Usually they will offer you a new PC instead of giving you a refund, which would probably be OK as you would get a new PC and rid yourself (probably) of the problems.
