Remote Control
I have a new Dimension XPS 810 with the TV converter and remote. The TV works fine using on screen media center controls,
but the remote does nothing but make the red light on the IR receiver come on. Please help me figure out what is wrong here.

Are you talking about a Studio XPS 8100?

There is no "Dimension XPS 810" model that I can find. The "Dimension" name was retired about 4 years ago. Can you confirm the model number. Also this is the Desktop section and if this is a Laptop you need to repost on the Laptop seciton.
