hi i been having problems with slow mouse..internet connection..and noisy hard drive and bootup ever since i put in custum number in the system.ini- vcache settings. the slow mouse drives me nuts, and i did have the whole system replaced except the moniter ..but the problems showed up right away. i have debugged fdisk format reinstall several times it hasnt helped at all..plus i have run the diags32 test and only cdrom errors show up like 20 but the cdrom works fine . i have been told to upgrade my video drivers but that has not made a difference..does anyone know wuts wrong and can u help?? win98 P3-833 40gb 128 ram
