I wanted to applogize for the language used on my posts. I was just angry because i was put on hold for tech support for so long and I could not bare it anymore. I was also mad at the fact that a feature i belived to be on my computer that i needed and still need to this date is not available for some odd reason and it was never stated when i was purchacing this computer.

Again im sorry for what i said but i still have an issue that has not been solved.
