What is the PCI Input device?

I recently reformatted my dimension 8250 and i reinstall the ethernet network and audio drivers but it won't find any software to install the PCI Input Device. Does anyone know what the PCI device is and how to install it? Thanks!!

    Install the drivers for your Sound Blaster Live! card.

    i too am experiencing the same problem. i have installed the sound blaster live software and the usb drivers, ethernet drivers and so on. i cannot find out what the device is or how to get this resolved.
