I have an Inspiron 500m here at work, and the battery will not charge.  Dell just sent me a brand new battery and that does not charge either.  It is at 32% and it doesn't change.  When I check the power options it says that it is charging but it never does.  If I turn off the computer and try to charge it, the green light will come on for about 4 minutes and then it turns off and it never charges.  Dell keeps ignoring my questions about this laptop and I keep finding posts where people have the same problem.  Anybody know how to fix this?
