Greetings,

I recently updated my m4500 to bios version a15 from a04.  Now the smart card reader is doa and the TPM is not recognized by the OS (Win7).  The bios displays the TPM status and I can enable/disable and disable the hardware but hardware is not recognized.  I tried loading the latest version of the CV_Setup_TJ9CD_A29_ZPE however I get the following error message when I boot to usb and run dosupdat.bat:

5880 running from SBI
There is no valid BCM image loaded in flash.
You need to load a BCM image into flash.

You must enable TPM and deactivate TPM via BIOS.
Then rerun batch file

1. Haven't go a clue how I would set the BCM image -- if it's a biometric for a fingerprint scanner I don't have one.

2. I've tried every combination of TPM BIOS setting and always get the same results...

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
