There is no single answer that I know of. There are many things you could try.
> Update the BIOS
> Update the audio, video, and wireless drivers
> If you have a Dell 1515 draft N card that could be the culprit.
> Turn off all power protection schemes.Some tips for this are in Choppy/Skipping Audio Workarounds. Most of the tips are for older models though.
