I just got my xps m1710 back from dell, they replaced the video card the main board , few other things now I get it back and its blue screening at random but say if I try and log into a game, it will blue screen right a way saying memory management

when it comes up at random its saying BAD_POOL_header Ive reformatted and updated drivers, just about everything Has anyone ever gotten the Bad_pool_header bsod before?
