bios flash problem

I currently have bios version A04 and I am trying to upgrade to A05.  When I run the file runme.com it returns "Error - this utility does not support this system."  Any ideas?

    Don't run anything. Insert the floppy, reboot your PC and when the Dell logo appear, press F12. Select floppy. Your system must now boot with it.
