bluetooth and camera doesn't working
Hi.
My camera and Bluetooth doesn't working on my Dell Inspiron duo. What should I do about this? And is it possible to my laptop to upgrade my Windows 7 to Windows 10?

Thank you for posting!
You don't mention if you are under warranty or not. If you are, please contact Tech Support for troubleshooting and diagnosis.
If not, then first check to see if they are showing up in the Device Manager, and check to see if the drivers are installed and working properly, if not, then reinstall the drivers.
