Boot From CD
Ok so I have an external hard drive and created and image of my internal hard drive. In order to restore my image I need to be able to boot from a CD. Can somebody give me the step by step procedure to boot from a CD? Keep in mind I have a slot loading CD.

I am using the software that came with my Maxtor One Touch 4 Mini. It is called Safety Drill and it comes with a bootable CD. I am just not sure how to go about changing the bios and making sure the CD is reading when I have a slot loading drive.bikerboy94

you can change boot order in the bios also

What software are you using to image? It will have instructions about how to create the bootable CD.
