I was told to post this here. For some reason i all of a sudden only have one choice for resolution, I cannot get the slide bar to move in the control panel, and only have 16 colors, and the display is very large and washed out. I have entered my service tag number, downloaded the video driver, installed DirectX8, turned off security, deleted temp files, you name it, but I still cannot get the drivers to install. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
