Since your cpu is rated in degrees C, it makes more sense to use C as the reading to track where the cpu is operating.

Yeah but F is easier then C for me to get an understanding of how hot it is really running.   80 F not really hot i have no idea what that is in C and would have no idea how hot it really is

    Degrees C X 1.8 + 32 = F.

    Degees F / 1.8 - 32 = C.

We agree with bnahell that Fahrenheit is a lot easier to read than Centigrade. Since not all of us are "Rocket Scientists" and may not need to check with Dell specs, let's use F; its simplier and most of react in different ways.

Ok, your cpu is rated to 100C, it is operating at 155F, is that good or bad??  I don't need to translate C to F in my head to know my cpu rated to 100C shouldn't be running over 50-52C or it is getting very warm!  I do know 23C is average room temp (72F).
http://www.wbuf.noaa.gov/tempfc.htm  But you really don't need it - keep your cpu around 40C.

Our CPU went up to 165F and our CPU load was 100%, when we downloaded SP2. Don't think we were not concerned?

We restored our system to original.  Our CPU usually runs at 145F when we're are burning DVDs.

At idle, CPU runs at less than 100F.
