I have a Verizon data device that operates on Gigabytes. For some reason, my usage has multiplied. Verizon tech help said I have something running in the background. How do I find what it is?

    You an look in your task manager and see if something is running.

    Use Ctrl + Alt + Del key combination and then choose Task Manager.
