Dell 3458 power button light

Hi,

If you may…I’d like to ask about my laptop.

I just bought it 2 weeks ago. And just noticed that the power button light doesn’t

“on” if I turn on the laptop. I want to ask if it normal? My laptop is dell inspiron 3458.

Hi Hendra,

There is no light on the Power Button of Dell Inspiron 3458. The LED indicator is located at the left side of the system.

hi.

bought my laptop a few backs (barely a month old)

what does it mean when the LED indicator keeps on blinking?

Hi,

Are you referring to blinking white LED on Inspiron 3458? If yes, that indicates that the hard drive is being accessed.

Hi,

I've just got an Inspiron 3458 and in my case the LED is on only when it is being charged, when the HD is being accessed is off, is it normal?
