dell e5530 latitude both shift key not working
since last week for no reason my both shift keys are not working. i even put the keyboard protector sheet on it and no button is broken but still both side shift keys are not working. what should i do, re install fresh window, replace keyboard or what the solution/

I brought G15 keyboard and it working fine on external keyboard. But my both shift keys on latitude keyboard are not working. let me send you detail in personal message.

Hi Rafiquesaad
Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start? Please try an external keyboard and check if the shift keys works, if they work on external , then consider replacing the keyboard, If they don't work, then reinstall the windows.
