Error messages on boot-up
Hello, all,
Can anyone please help me resolve an issue with my XPS 15z.. When the machine is turned on, it takes longer than usual to boot, and when it finally does, it throws up two error messages in tandem, each bearing the title: "RAVBg64.exe - Application error," followed by a warning message bearing the code 0xc0000185. Does anyone know what might be wrong with my computer and what can be done to resolve the problem? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi, DELL-Manshu S,
Thank you very much for your reply. I have Windows 7 pre-installed on my computer. I shall follow your directions and see how it goes; will get back to you soon. Thanks once again.

Hi kusidellcom,
Welcome to the Community.
Let me know the operating system installed on the system.
Meanwhile, I would suggest you to uninstall Realtek HD Audio Driver.
Please click the link mentioned below which will take you to the drivers website:

Enter the Service Tag of the computer and choose the Operating System installed on the computer. Please update the latest version of Audio driver available.
You may click the link mentioned below as well for the direct drivers:

Thanks & Regards
