-Can you please tell what is it? There is actual problem in HDD. How can i solve it.

You need to run the Dell diagnostics - F12 at powerup.  Run the extended (NOT just the quick) hard drive test.

Those are not the Dell diagnostics.  To access these, press F12 a couple of times on powerup and choose them from the boot menu that appears.

I have run dell dignostics and i got error in first run

It is like:

Hard Drive DST

Error code:0142

Msg Error code:2000-0142

Then i have run detailed dignostics. it passed. But i can not able to get Log data.

Please refere and suggest what to do.

You need to replace the hard drive -- it is faulty.
