HELLO,

I just got my xps, and the webcam does not work at all. I am unabel to contact enyone that can help me, driverupdate did not solve it, I can not get anyone on the phone for tech.support, live chat does not work on anny computer i know, and when I e-mail dell several times, they do not respond, nothing... what am I supposed to do?... does annyone now a phone number or e-mailadres on wich I can contact dell?
